Located at the end of a tranquil road in the upscale VGN Plots neighborhood, this residence defies the traditional notion of discreet rear-site houses and instead emerges as a commanding statement piece. The client, with a clear vision to create a home that represents both personality and prestige, desired a design that would not only reflect opulence but also showcase architectural innovation. In response, the house was conceptualized and realized as a sculptural contemporary form, fusing material richness, spatial drama, and functional design to create a one-of-a-kind residential landmark.
Though situated at the very end of the street, the house captures immediate attention. It does not fade into the background—instead, it stands tall and confident, using its unique positioning as an advantage. The building’s massing is bold yet refined, defined by clean geometric lines, asymmetrical layering, and a refined interplay of volumes. From the moment one approaches, the house sets the tone for exclusivity and grandeur.
