The primary materials used include exposed brick, concrete textures, and a steel structural frame, forming a bold and honest architectural language. These heavy, rugged surfaces are softened by warm wooden accents and a terracotta-tiled sloped roof, lending a rustic charm that complements the surrounding greenery of the park.
