The design vision focuses on creating an opulent atmosphere with a contemporary aesthetic. Rich textures, bespoke furnishings, and high-end materials like marble, brass, onyx, velvet, and natural wood are layered throughout the space. Every detail—from ambient lighting to curated artwork—has been meticulously chosen to evoke grandeur and refinement.

Key zones include a grand entrance lobby with dramatic statement lighting, a plush lounge bar with moody interiors, a fine-dining restaurant with private dining options, a cigar and whiskey room, VIP suites, a rooftop pool deck, and wellness areas.
